good location clean room hard pillows cold room
the location was good for getting to my cruise. mcdonalds is next door, and that was useful. the room was clean. the bed was okay.
the room was cold. even after putting the heating on, the temperature didn't rise much. pillows was to hard for me. coffee and drinks should be in the room.

faulty key card open shower
The key card failed multiple times (i'm not EVEN kidding). It took several attempts to get into my room each evening. the shower opened directly into the bedroom, a little odd. There was not even a screen.

Super Convenient and Clean!
ideal location comfortable bed
The location proved ideal for a quick trip. I noticed it was super close to transport links, this made getting around easy. The room was very clean and the bed provided me with a comfortable night's sleep. I appreciated the desktop fan included because that helped maintain a cool temperature.
The hallways had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, this was not great, even though I knew it's a non-smoking hotel. Other than this, the experience was top tier and I would come again.

Staff provided friendly and efficient service at the reception. They gladly stored bags in the luggage room, this offered a great help for a pre-cruise stay. I think it was great.

A water dispenser was available in the hotel lobby, I liked this little extra perk. Secure parking offered peace of mind for those driving. I also saw it was near the cruise ship terminal, perfect for cruise passengers.

My room felt spacious and comfortable, it provided an ideal place to rest. The room was very clean with good amenities. I also had a good night's sleep, it was very convenient.

This place is located close to the train station, that makes travel easy. Lots of places to eat nearby added convenience. The Horizon cruise terminal is a short walk away, under 10 minutes, its really amazing.

clean room amazing staff comfortable bed
the STAFF WERE AMAZING! the gentleman working night shift definitely were really nice. WATER was plentiful and the bed was super comfortable.
the breakfast was very basic but that's ok for this price.

train station helpful staff compact room comfy bed
The hotel's proximity to the train station really impressed me. it made getting around super easy (even with luggage!). i found the staff helpful. They gave great local tips and directions. the room was compact but very functional with a comfy bed.
the breakfast area felt a little crowded during peak hours, it could use some rearranging perhaps.
