the location was good for getting to my cruise. mcdonalds is next door, and that was useful. the room was clean. the bed was okay.
the room was cold. even after putting the heating on, the temperature didn't rise much. pillows was to hard for me. coffee and drinks should be in the room.

The key card failed multiple times (i'm not EVEN kidding). It took several attempts to get into my room each evening. the shower opened directly into the bedroom, a little odd. There was not even a screen.

Super Convenient and Clean!

The location proved ideal for a quick trip. I noticed it was super close to transport links, this made getting around easy. The room was very clean and the bed provided me with a comfortable night's sleep. I appreciated the desktop fan included because that helped maintain a cool temperature.
The hallways had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, this was not great, even though I knew it's a non-smoking hotel. Other than this, the experience was top tier and I would come again.

Staff provided friendly and efficient service at the reception. They gladly stored bags in the luggage room, this offered a great help for a pre-cruise stay. I think it was great.

A water dispenser was available in the hotel lobby, I liked this little extra perk. Secure parking offered peace of mind for those driving. I also saw it was near the cruise ship terminal, perfect for cruise passengers.

the STAFF WERE AMAZING! the gentleman working night shift definitely were great. WATER was plentiful and the bed was super comfortable.
